Out of Focus Evil Clown

May the devils and demons rejoice and wreak havoc upon the souls of the living.

In 2005 while taking some long exposure shots of the St. Kilda harbour, I thought I’d play around with focus and movement and try to capture my own inner demons. Inspired by an effect in one of my favourite movies Jacob’s Ladder. When looking back over the images, I thought I looked more like an evil clown than a demon. And if I’m being completely honest with myself, that’s more inline with my personality than an actual demon 😈
