Welcome to this website and blog.
My goal in life is simple, it has always been to help make the world a better place. I used to think that meant changing the world in one fell swoop. The method I thought was to make movies, then I actually entertained the idea of going into politics (it was a moment of darkness). Thankfully I came to my senses and through deep inner reflection realised that it is so much more effective to help one person make the changes that they want within themselves that to try and convince the whole world.
Life coaching and the various therapies that I use are a very personal and highly effective way that I can help people but quite often all that is needed is a few words to help someone see a new perspective, an image that conjures inspiration, a moment of positive reflection to encourage deeper understandings.
So my plan with this blog is to share nuggets of knowledge, wisdom and inspiration. You never know, you may just see exactly what you need at the moment you need it. I know some of my biggest personal breakthroughs have come after reading a simple meme.
